Hoofddorp / Veenendaal, 07-03-2022 – QUBE ICT Solutions and Emendis have entered into a structural partnership. The partnership enables QUBE to communicate with its customers in an efficient way using the customer portal developed by Emendis. The status of projects, updates, documents and contracts are all conveniently displayed in My.QUBE.
The collaboration came about due to QUBE’s need for a completely separate customer environment. This resulted in Mijn.Qube, a customer portal which Emendis developed especially for QUBE. This new self-service portal gives QUBE’s customers more insight into their project statuses. In addition, Mijn.QUBE contributes to streamlined project communication where all relevant customer information is available in one place.
For the entire market
With the new partnership, QUBE is also expanding its product portfolio with software specifically for customer portals. QUBE and Emendis are joining forces; QUBE and Emendis will jointly market the realised solution. So that companies and organisations can use a customer portal that suits their needs, in their own house style and for their own purposes.
